  • When should I return my product?

At Sanitary Online, you always have the right to return your product within 14 days without giving any reason. You are responsible for returning or having the return shipment picked up on time.

  • Where should I return the product to? 

After you cancel the purchase, you may return the product to the address below.

  • What are the return costs?

There are costs associated with returning your package or having your products picked up. The return costs are at your own expense.


Parcel shipments - +/- € 6.95 (may vary by carrier)

Pick-up service large sanitary - € 35


  • When will I receive my money back after returning?

After receiving the product, we aim to approve it within 10 working days and credit the amount.


Please note: A return is only accepted if it is returned in a sellable condition.

  • How do I get a return label

A return label for products that can be sent via postnl or dhl can be obtained via the following links:

  • Can I use my item and then return it?

Ensure that the item is returned complete, unused and undamaged. In case of any damages, we may charge you for the depreciation.


The packaging should remain unchanged. Do not use tape and do not write with marker on the box/packaging. We advise using a stick-on label, where you mention the address information. Stick this over the current address sticker.
(Do not stick the return label directly on the product, this damages the packaging and therefore makes it impossible to sell this item as new)


  • How do I return large and fragile products? 

For large products, you may contact us via the contact page. Here we can then schedule an appointment for the collection of the products. When crediting the payment, the costs for this will be deducted.


Please note: If no one is present during the collection appointment, a new appointment must be scheduled and the costs for this will be charged again.


  • Can I cancel my return?

If you want to keep the product you reported for return, you can let us know. We will ensure that your return order is cancelled.
