  • What are the delivery costs?
  • The delivery costs depend on the size and weight of the package, and the order value. For an order value from €0 - €100, the delivery costs are €6.95. Above this, delivery will be free. You can also see the delivery costs in the shopping cart and on the invoice.

  • Which delivery service will deliver my package?
  • Our products are shipped by various suppliers such as PostNL, DHL & DPD. If you have a large item, it will come with one of our truck carriers such as Sanders or PakketXXL.

  • When will I receive my order? 
  • We aim to deliver products that are in stock and ordered before 5:00 PM the next day. Of course, there can sometimes be delays with the various parcel carriers.

    Even with larger items such as sinks or toilets, it can take 1-2 days. These are put on special transport and will often be delivered by truck.

     

  • Can I choose whether my package can be delivered to the neighbors (or not)?
  • It is not possible to indicate in the ordering process whether your order may or may not be offered to your neighbors. Depending on the carrier, the driver will make this choice for you, should you unexpectedly not be at home at the time of delivery.

     

  • Can I still change the time slot in which the delivery will take place?
  • The evening before the delivery, the carrier of your order plots a route for delivering the packages of that day. The time slot cannot be adjusted.

     

  • How is my product delivered?
  • Depending on the size and weight of the package, it will be delivered to you by truck (Sanders/PakketXXL) or via a mail order company (PostNL / DPD / DHL).

  • What if my delivery is not received / delayed?
  • If you have not received your order at the indicated time, check if it has perhaps been delivered to your neighbors. If this is not the case, check the track&trace to see if it has been updated. If you see no adjustment here either, please contact us via our contact page.

     

  • What if I have not received part of my order?
  • Our products are delivered from various warehouses. So it may be that the delivery person has already been, but another delivery service will also come to you.Have you not received everything yet? Please report this to our customer service as soon as possible. Then we can check it for you.

     

  • What if my product is delivered damaged or incomplete?
  • Check the contents of your package immediately upon delivery. If an item is unexpectedly damaged or not delivered, we ask you to report this to us within 24 hours by sending an email with a photo. We will take action as soon as possible.

     

  • Can I change the delivery address of my order?
  • If you want to change or cancel the delivery address of your order before shipping, we advise you to contact our customer service by phone as soon as possible, during opening hours.If your order has already been processed in the warehouse, we unfortunately cannot change the address anymore. An order with delivery for the next day is automatically processed and a change is not possible there.
